How much do your services cost?

Every design is different, unique to the organization we are providing the service for. In addition, we recognize that each client has a different budget for design services. We employ a flexible pricing system that ensures each client is able to afford our services.

Do you offer web hosting?

While we do not offer web hosting, we can recommend host providers that are both reasonably priced as well as reliable. We are happy to provide direction when selecting a web host at no additional charge.

Can you help set up my email?

Absolutely! If you need help setting up your email client, we can assist you at no extra charge.

How much time does it take to design and create a website?

While we strive to ensure that your website is both designed and created as quickly as possible, many factors related to the design depend on our clients. Designs and/or logos require client approval, and content needs to be created and/or gathered. Nevertheless, we guarantee a quick turnaround.

Can you design my site in Flash?

While we can certainly provide Flash elements to your website, we try to avoid creating sites entirely in Flash. We've found that there are numerous usability issues with Flash sites. In addition allowing for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is rather difficult with Flash websites. Please contact us for more information.

Will I be able to update the site myself?

If you'd like to update and manage content without the use of Def Touch's maintenance team, we can work with you in creating a Content Management System.
